A talented self-taught chef with over 15 years of experience in the culinary industry. Hailing from Jamaica, Chef Sheldon's love for cooking started at a young age, where he spent countless hours in the kitchen with his mother, who taught him how to prepare traditional Jamaican dishes with love and passion. Sheldon developed a deep appreciation for the vibrant flavors and unique ingredients of his homeland's cuisine and enjoys sharing this with all his patrons.
